Klient często ogląda wnętrze na stronie, w ogłoszeniu albo w Mapach Google, zanim odwiedzi je osobiście. Fotografuję przestrzeń tak, żeby materiał jasno pokazywał jej układ, światło i detale ważne przed wizytą, wynajmem lub zakupem.
Fotografuję wnętrza, które trzeba pokazać na stronie, w ogłoszeniu lub w materiałach firmy: restauracje, kawiarnie i inne lokale gastronomiczne; hotele, apartamenty i obiekty noclegowe; biura, showroomy i przestrzenie usługowe; mieszkania, domy i nieruchomości przygotowywane do sprzedaży lub wynajmu; sklepy, gabinety, placówki edukacyjne i inne miejsca, do których klient przychodzi osobiście.
Dla jakich obiektów
Inaczej pokazuję lokal gastronomiczny, inaczej mieszkanie na sprzedaż, a inaczej przestrzeń handlową. Zakres i sposób prezentacji wnętrza ustalam do konkretnego obiektu i tego, gdzie materiał będzie użyty.

Co ustalam przed sesją
Do wyceny potrzebuję rodzaju i lokalizacji obiektu, jego metrażu, liczby pomieszczeń oraz planowanego terminu. Napisz też, gdzie wykorzystasz zdjęcia i które części wnętrza są najważniejsze. Przed sesją ustalam liczbę ujęć, kolejność pracy oraz godzinę, o której wnętrze będzie gotowe do fotografowania. Dzięki temu od początku wiadomo, co ma znaleźć się w materiale.
Cennik fotografii wnętrz
Cena zależy od rodzaju obiektu, liczby przestrzeni, sposobu wykorzystania zdjęć i zakresu przygotowania materiału. Poniższe kwoty pokazują punkt startowy. Konkretną cenę potwierdzam po otrzymaniu informacji o obiekcie. Kwota nie jest ceną za pojedyncze zdjęcie — obejmuje przygotowanie, pracę na miejscu, selekcję, obróbkę i dostarczenie uzgodnionego materiału.

AI add-ons for interior photos
To photos from my own interior shoot I can add three AI effects: virtual furnishing or a new room layout, photo tidying and a twilight facade. The result is a visualisation. You always receive it together with the original photo without AI, and every AI photo carries a visible caption.
The pricing above describes a shoot. AI add-ons are priced differently, per photo, because each one is work on a single finished frame. Prices are net, VAT is added.
Virtual furnishing or a new layout
What changes: An empty room gets furniture and accessories in one of four styles: Scandinavian, Japandi, modern classic or loft. In a room that is already furnished, a new layout replaces the furniture.
What stays the same: Walls, windows, doors, the floor, the proportions of the room and the view from the window. The furniture never covers anything that is permanent in the room.

Photo tidying
What changes: Small personal items and clutter disappear, the kind you could take out of the room before the shoot: clothes, dishes on the counter, toys, cables in view.
What stays the same: Furniture, appliances, sockets, the condition of the floor and walls. I do not cover wear, stains or damage, because that is the condition of the property.

Twilight facade
What changes: A daytime photo of a building becomes a twilight shot, lit only by lights that really exist in the building.
What stays the same: The shape of the building, balconies, greenery and surroundings. I do not draw lamps or windows that are not there, and I do not change neighbouring buildings.

Package of three shots
What changes: Any three of the effects above, each on a different photo, at one package price.
What stays the same: The rules for each effect stay the same, and you receive the original of every photo.

In every case
The original comes with it. You receive the photo of the real state without AI. The AI result is a visualisation placed next to it, never instead of it.
A caption on every result. If a portal does not allow text on photos, the caption goes into the description right next to the photo.
A check before delivery. I compare every result with the original at full zoom before it reaches you.
Listing portals. Some of them accept only photos of the real state. Then the visualisation goes next to the listing: on a website, on social media, in a presentation for the buyer. The person ordering is responsible for the choice of portal and for following its rules.
What I do not do. I do not remove permanent flaws, pillars, power lines or neighbouring buildings, I do not change the view from the window, I do not draw in permanent elements and I do not change the proportions of the room. If a photo needs any of that, I do not force it.
